The Cosey Project believes that everyone in need should have the opportunity to receive therapy services. We have set up a -financial program to help individuals between the ages of 3-21 get the help they need through our Autism Financial Program and our Mental Health Financial Program. If you would like assistance for yourself or a family members please complete the application below.
Financial Program
Autism and mental health disorders can acquire a variety number of expenses on families. Our Autism Financial Program
provides assistance to individuals with a diagnosis of autism. Our Mental Health Financial Program
provides assistance to individuals that have been affected by trauma and/or have a mental health disorder. Financial assistance granted can be utilized to therapeutic services.
Individuals applying must meet the following:
- Have a diagnosed condition from a medical provider (e.g., autism, acute trauma, anxiety)
- Age 3-21
- Demonstrate financial need
